The Full Story
As a joggle joint creates strength by unifying individual stones, Robert (Bob) Schneckenberg and Marvin Estrada united to create S & E Architects, Inc. in 2009 after utilizing their diverse talents under the umbrella of other architectural firms for over 20 years. For 14 of those years Bob and Marvin worked side by side developing a close, highly efficient and successful working relationship while playing a large part in the ongoing success of a large, multi-family residential design firm where their talent, work ethic and leadership propelled them to the position of partners.
S & E Architects, Inc., located in Miami, Florida, is comprised of extensive experience in all phases of commercial, hospitality, governmental, educational, single-family home and multi-family projects and provides public and private sector clients with reliable guidance throughout the intricacies of planning, design and construction of their home or facility. We assist our clients in defining their goals and needs, and work closely with them from the programming and conceptual stages through the development of the built form. Committed to attending to the unique requirements of each project, our design approach treats each project individually with respect to the client’s vision, aesthetic concerns, project location and budget. Functional and aesthetic issues are simultaneously resolved through research, innovation, design and redesign until the solution meets with our client’s practical, budgetary and visual objectives.

Robert Schneckenberg
President
Robert (Bob) Schneckenberg earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami in 1989 and has been a Florida Registered Architect since 1996. He brings a diverse accumulation of experience in all phases of commercial, hospitality, governmental, educational, single-family home and multi-family projects. Bob plays critical roles as a member and leader of design teams through his attention to detail, speed, accuracy, thorough grasp of each project and the relationships forged with clients and consultants. He takes great pride in his acute understanding of both clients’ and future residents’ needs and his skill in presenting design solutions through an invaluable interior graphics program utilizing a building’s floor plans to reflect scale and proportion of spaces. Leading by example, Bob’s influence is felt with his positive attitude, tenacious problem solving, pride of workmanship and exemplary work ethic.

Marvin Estrada
Vice President
Marvin Estrada earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami in 1988. He is a goal-driven, highly resourceful and adept architectural production administrator and coordinator with over 20 years of architectural experience. Marvin’s leadership, time management and communication skills along with his affinity for technology and construction detailing and his ability to closely interrelate with the other design professionals result in a smooth transition from design drawings to highly efficient construction documents. With a deep-seated conviction that the construction documents should be as meticulously composed as the presentation drawings, he does not compromise their quality because of their intended use or technical characteristics. Marvin is a loyal and dedicated professional who thrives on challenges while producing outstanding, high quality results.
