President Lead Architect

Robert (Bob) Schneckenberg earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami in 1989 and has been a Florida Registered Architect since 1996.  Bob’s critical role as a member and leader of design teams over the years has amassed a diverse accumulation of experience encompassing new construction, renovation, expansion and planning of commercial, hospitality, governmental, educational, single-family, multi-family and mixed use projects.  He takes great pride in client relations and his acute understanding of both client and end user needs, along with his skill in presenting design solutions, is invaluable in the planning stages as well as enhancing the client’s marketing efforts.  His attention to detail, efficiency and thorough grasp of each project, including relevant zoning and building codes, navigates projects through the intricate process of realizing the client’s development goals.
